Experience a delightful evening party in the blowing room with traditional Småland food, entertainment and master-level glassblowing. Before Christmas the hyttsill menu is expanded to include a selection of Christmas delicacies. Date and information

Hyttsill - Hot shop herring is a very old tradition in the Kingdom of Crystal which goes back to the times when the glassworks was the meeting place in the village. In the evenings, the visitors are invited to enjoy traditional food prepared in the furnaces where the glass has been left over night to slowly cool down. There will also be musical entertainment and a glass blowing show on master level. Also, the visitors get a chance to try to blow glass. Today Hot Shop Herring for individual guests is served at Kosta, Målerås and Pukeberg on specific days. Group reservations can be made all year around.
